What’s the volunteer leadership training about?
We have been offering training for local chapter managers and the lead actives of different teams a training focusing on volunteer management and leadership.
The training has been available in Finnish, and an English version will be offered for the first time in early 2023.
The aim of the training session is to offer insight on how to motivate volunteers and encourage our actives to find their own MiB-like way of leading volunteer teams.
