When you need help from office staff, below you’ll find a description of what each of us can help you with. In matters concerning MiB International, contact Helena or Tuovi preferably in Slack or email.

In other matters, if you have a question and you don’t know who to ask, please use the #kysy_työntekijältä (ask from an employee) channel in Slack.

• Viivi, programme manager: Development and support of all MiB volunteer activities and actives. Coordination and development of national programs such as mentoring and other national event activities.

• Soile, planning officer: Event invitation letters for members. Virtual onboarding sessions for volunteers, assigning rights for actives, training and instructional materials in Finnish. IT systems and data protection at MiB ry.
