What are the membership benefits?
We offer events for building skills and networking opportunities. At the same time, we advocate for gender equality and family-friendliness in working life. With over 4,000 members all over Finland, MiB provides peer support and valuable networking opportunities for both working life and everyday challenges.

As a member, you'll have decision-making power at association meetings (in Finnish) and can influence MiB's activities and priorities for the future.
The price of membership is 40 EUR per year. The annual bill will be sent to everyone in February. Membership is open to anyone who accepts the purpose and rules of the MiB Association.
