Membook is a Finnish company that offers MiB's member register, a communication platform, and invoicing in the same package. With the help of Membook, MiB receives membership applications, maintains the member register, and fulfills the requirements of the GDPR.
MPS is a Finnish, internationally operating expert in leadership, change management, and strategic HR solutions. MPS and MiB co-organized the ”Uralla Eteenpäin” (Advance your career) event series in the spring of 2023. MPS has also been involved in the HR workshop series organized by MiB På Svenska in 2024.

MiB International project (2021-2024) partners
MiB International has had partnerships with the following organisations with the aim of collaborating in activities such as event organization, communications and promotion of a more inclusive, diverse and family friendly working life in Finland.
A national expert organisation of intercultural families. Familia supports the wellbeing of intercultural families by offering peer support and volunteer activities, information, and advice. Familia also aims at making improvements in the social and legal systems, so that the needs of intercultural and multilingual families and Finns would be better met.
Väestöliitto, the Family Federation, Recognizing International Talent
Väestöliitto is a non-governmental organisation that improves people’s well-being and the connection between people. Väestöliitto started in 2020 its first Recognizing International Talent -Work Group to help improving trust towards education and skills of internationally educated professionals. Talent attraction is strongly supported by talent retention and better acknowledgement of highly educated immigrants already living in Finland.
The Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), Manifold More - Leverage to the professional careers of immigrant background women
Manifold more -project aims to promote diversity in working life and advance career paths of highly educated women with immigrant background. The model and concrete tools developed by the project will help employers in producing mandatory gender equality plans. Research-based information will be used to challenge stereotypes related to immigrant background women.
International Working Women of Finland
A safe and inclusive community for women (and non-binary individuals) from all backgrounds and walks of life living in Finland. The digital network hails 8000 members. The community aims to empower their members personally and professionally, and rewrite the narrative of highly skilled internationals across Finland.
A service provided by the city of Helsinki in close collaboration with the cities of Espoo and Vantaa with the support of the Uusimaa TE-Office. The program supports spouses that live in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, who have moved to Finland together with their partners, hired to work here.
An umbrella that encompasses the Competence Centre for Highly Educated Immigrants (KOSKE), Employment Espoo services and Talent Espoo. Talent Espoo is City of Espoo's response to the cross-sectoral implementation of the national Talent Boost programme together with a vast partner network.
The Career Club is City of Espoo's career development program. At the Career Club, highly educated people living in Espoo can work on their career development. We focus on gaining skills, knowledge and networks, and strongly support our participants' agency and self-determination.
The University of Helsinki, The HEI LIFE project
The University of Helsinki is managing this national project to support the integration of international academics and their families living and working in Finland. The HEI LIFE project highlights topics and development needs that are relevant to all higher education institutions in Finland wanting to attract and retain international academics, staff and their families.
City of Vantaa, Talent Vantaa project
How people settle down and integrate into Finland and their own living area has been a discussed topic lately. From various perspectives, it is important that people who move to Vantaa settle down successfully and enjoy living in their new hometown. One important goal in the Business service’s Talent Vantaa project is to increase the visibility and awareness of different services that are related to integration among newcomers. The idea is also to create a “welcoming” culture in the city.
