Interested in volunteering at MiB?

Hey you mom in Finland! Are you looking for something meaningful to do during family leave, while job hunting or alongside your job? Are you passionate about professional development and want to help other moms at the same time? Would you like to volunteer in a wonderful group of talented mothers and participate in the development of MiB’s activities? Become a volunteer at MiB!

Our active volunteers do a variety of different tasks depending on their own skills and areas of interest. Whether you’re an Finnish or English speaking mom, you are welcome to join the MiB team.

What can you do as a MiB volunteer?

Mainly MiB actives organize virtual and live events all around Finland. MiB events come in many forms and are all organized by mothers for mothers: lunch mingles, stroller walks, networking meetings, company visits, webinars, to name a few examples.

Besides event organization, you can also volunteer in interesting project and communications tasks. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have skills that you’d like to offer!

Volunteering at MiB is possible according to your own resources available alongside your family life. You can participate in our activities and meetings with your children!  MiB offers orientation and supporting material to our volunteers. Our volunteering opportunities are open for anyone interested, you don’t have to be a MiB member to get involved.
