Recognition of competencies
MiB's aim in volunteering is to develop the skills of the active volunteer. We hope that active work builds up a lot of skills, both new and existing, and we want you to be able to bring them to the fore.
MiB has digital competence badges, which can be used to demonstrate your skills in areas such as event organisation by adding a badge to your CV or LinkedIn. We can also write you an activity certificate for your volunteering time and activities.
The badges are available in three languages: English, Finnish and Swedish.
The competence of the badge applicant will be demonstrated in the application and assessed by a representative of Mothers in Business MiB.
