What is an active training?
Active trainings are for new MiB actives as well as for old ones who need an update on their knowledge. The training covers a general overview of what MiB is and why we exist, as well as the basics of event organisation and communication. The induction will be given by a MiB employee and registration for the induction is done through Lyyti. The induction will take approximately one hour. The orientation can also be watched as a recording.
What is event management training?
In the event organisation training you will learn all about event organisation at MiB and you will be able to promote the organisation of your event with a member of staff. Also read our event guidelines!
What is volunteer leadership training?
We offer volunteer leadership training for MiB's local managers, HR managers and team leaders to encourage them to experiment and find their own unique way to be a leader and to teach them the key basics of inspirational volunteer leadership.
